Penrose Design recently completed a remarkable home remodel project in Somerville, MA, focusing on enhancing functionality and storage solutions for our valued client. The project involved the addition of pantry storage with solid door cabinets and a freezer, as well as the installation of a beverage fridge in the living room accompanied by custom shelving. Furthermore, we incorporated an entry bench, custom shelf, and ample storage space for shoes, ensuring optimal organization and convenience.

This great condo was being used as a four bedroom with an eat-in-kitchen. After removing a wall intended to separate the living and dining rooms, we were able to give the unit an expansive great room and open kitchen. The new kitchen received quartz counters, crisp white cabinets, high-end appliances, and an accent island with marble counter top.
